This program will use Window-Eyes to speak the current time in GMT, in hours, minutes and seconds. If you don't have Window-Eyes, this program will not work. In the future, I hope to develop a version which will use SAPI if it cannot detect Window-Eyes in memory.
The program is very small, around 21 k. You can download it and keep a copy on your machine, or just run it directly from this page. However, by downloading it, you agree to the following disclaimer.
